Ziarat Guide: Your Pilgrimage, Your Story

We want to ensure everything is clear before you book your dream sacred journey with us. Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions set by Ziarat Guide. By means of you agreeing to these terms and conditions and sending us your booking request, our contract with you starts as soon as we acquire your non-refundable deposit. So, make sure you understand all our rules and policies.

Here’s a breakdown of some essential points:

Passport and Visa:

Make sure you have a valid visa for the country you're visiting. Your passport should be valid for at least six months from your departure date, but having eight months left is even better. Talk to the embassy beforehand if you have any issues with your passport or visa.
You're responsible for submitting and collecting your passport. Please send it to us along with two passport photos at least a month before your departure date.
Keep a copy of your passport handy during your trip.
Visa processing can take a few weeks, and we're not responsible for delays. If there's a delay in getting your visa, you might have to pay extra for services that become more expensive during the delay. Stay informed about the latest travel conditions.

Ticket Policy:

Confirm your flight 72 hours before departure.
Once flight details are confirmed, your ticket deposit is non-refundable. Flight fares might change before your ticket is issued.
If there are any changes to your flight schedule or delays, we'll do our best to help, but we can only guarantee things. It's essential to have travel insurance to deal with any unexpected events.
Always double-check your ticket details on the airline's website or with us before your trip.
As a service provider, we recommend carefully reading the airline's terms and conditions before and after booking.

Hotel Policy:

Hotel rates might change without notice. We'll book hotels based on their standard check-in and check-out times. If your chosen hotel isn't available for any reason, we'll offer you an alternative.
Hotels and airlines operate independently, so we're not responsible for hotel costs if your flight schedule changes. Triple and quad rooms might not be standard, but we can provide extra beds for families. Please note that extra beds might not be the same size as the regular beds in the room.

Excluded Airlines:

Some airlines aren't covered by Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) insurance which includes which include Sky Europe, Nordic Airways, Air Comet, Olympic Airlines, Aviacsa, Bellview, My Air, Caribair Airline, Air Jamaica, LAB Airlines, Frontier, Zoom, Air Senegal, Silverjet, Cabo Verde Airline, OZ Jet, Air Nigeria, KD Avia, Ghana Airways and Air Slovakia. If you choose to fly with one of these airlines and they fail to operate, we won't be responsible. We advise getting travel insurance to avoid any problems.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Tickets and deposits are non-refundable. Extra charges will apply if you need to change your ticket or flight.
Canceling before your ticket is issued will result in a 100% deposit fee.
After issuance, cancellations will incur fees according to our or the airline's policy.
The airline will determine ticket refunds, which may take up to 48 hours.
Refunds for canceled or amended tours will be processed within 30 to 40 days.
Also any unused portion of package will be nonrefundable.

Both you and we need to follow UK law when making travel arrangements. During your pilgrimage, you'll need to follow Saudi law.
If you're not Muslim, you'll need a certificate confirming your religion to apply for a visa.
Non-UK nationals need a valid residency permit.
We'll provide an emergency contact number for Saudi Arabia to all the travelers before starting the Holy journey to contact in case of any emergency.

We make sure our team workers and agents are nicely-skilled, well trained and provide correct information. But, we can’t guarantee the performance of third parties we work with, and we are no longer responsible for any mistakes they make. Whilst you book flights or services, you agree to the terms set by both whether its third party or us. If there are conditions, like any sort of violence or terrorism, or any other event beyond our control, we might have to cancel or make change to our services, and we won’t be held responsible.

The availability of transportation depends on other party, and it might be different from what you’re used to in the UK. We are not responsible for any issues that arise in this case.

Remember, we don’t cover private belongings during your journey, so keep valuable items safe yourself. And make sure you have all necessary documents for travel, like your visa and passport, as we’re not responsible for any losses if you don’t.

Throughout Umrah, Hajj and Ziarat, there’s a high risk of infection because of massive crowds, so take care of your health and have precautions to prevent infections. Also remember that activities like wars, strikes, or technical problems could affect our services. We would provide an emergency contact number of Saudi Arabia to contact in case of any emergency.
